​How Do I Place An Order?​

Go to the “SHOP” tab and click your desired texture. When you are directed to the page with your desired texture, you may then select the desired hair type. Select length(s) and quantity, then proceed to checkout.

​​How much hair do I need?​

​For a full sew in weave we generally recommend buying 2 bundles of hair, but It is always better to purchase  extra hair just in case. For hair over 18” of length we recommend purchasing a 3rd bundle because longer hair tends to have a shorter weft width. Also, take into consideration that the number of packs required also depends on the style and volume you desire. For example if you want a fuller, more luxurious style with  lots of volume and layers, you will need 3 to 4 bundles of hair.

​What should I know​​ before I decide to use VIRGIN HAIR?​

​The first thing you should know about virgin  hair is that it is totally unprocessed 100% natural hair with no chemicals, dyes, or silicone coatings. The hair you purchase will have a natural color.

Texture: The natural texture of virgin hair varies. It could be straight , wavy, or curly. Typically natural virgin hair is sold in a natural wavy or curly texture. Each bundle comes from different donors, which results in uniqueness in each bundle. However, some of our patterns are non-chemically steam-curled or waved for texture. However, virgin hair is so versatile that you can very quickly flat iron your hair to get your sleek straight look or curl it to your desired style.

Color: Virgin hair comes in natural shades of medium brown, dark brown, and off-black. Virgin hair is never sold by specific “color codes”. Since virgin hair is never colored and it is sold in its natural state, there may be slight variation in color between bundles. This is actually a good thing. And when it is blended properly by an experienced hairstylist, this actually gives you a more natural look and better depth of color, because in our own head, hair naturally has multiple shades of color and is never of one flat color.

Hair Care: When it comes to virgin hair, you have to care for your extensions just like your own natural hair. You need to brush your hair 2-3 times daily… more frequently if you use a lot of hair products. Deposits from the hair products, if not shampooed regularly, can degrade the quality of the hair (just like your own hair) and combined with the use of heat can affect the smooth natural feeling and resilience of the virgin hair. If you maintain your virgin hair extensions properly, you will have sleek, healthy, tangle free, beautiful, and natural looking hair extensions for a very long time. You will be able the reuse the hair many times after.

Why is SOME hair steam processed?

Steam processing is used when a specific curly, wavy, or straight texture is desired. This is the safest way to achieve a certain pattern/texture without chemical processing. This does not affect the integrity or durability of the hair in any way. You will still be able to wear your hair for the expected time period when hair is steam processed.

Payment and Shipping

Ground Shipping: After receiving your order information and payment, we will send your order out in 1-3 days. After then you will receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Orders for express shipping must be made before 2:30 Central Time In order for shipment to be made in a timely fashion. After receiving your payment, we will send your order out within 24 hours. You should receive your order within 48 hours.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Your personal information is secure. When you provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date), we use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We don’t give your information to any third parties.

Return/Exchange Policy

There is an exchange only policy on unused hair. You must notify La Foi within 15 days (by phone) of you receiving your order. The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of you receiving your order. Unused hair and weft cannot be cut or colored and must still be in tact. Hair with quality issues (non color/chemical treated) can also be exchanged for hair of equal value or a store credit. You are liable for providing a tracking number and shipping charges on returned items. We do not offer refunds.​ Contact La Foi customer service at 314-899-9216.
